Who is teaching? Diana Duro, known as Didi is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYA-RYT200), Specialty Group Fitness Instructor at GoodLife Fitness and City of Toronto teaching Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga and BodyFlow©. She also does AromaTouch Therapy with essential oils and is currently enrolled in a Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach Program. Didi loves spending lots of time outdoors with her white boxer, Logan, and participates in occasional Fun Runs and Spartan races with her partner, Zo.
What's the cost? July 3, classes are all free! The classes are 75-minutes long.
For other dates, the classes are 75-minutes long. The drop-in fee is $20.00, a 5-class pack is $90.00 ($18.00/session with savings of $10.00) or a 10-class pack is $160.00 ($16.00/session with $40 savings). Payments are accepted through Cash, E-Transfer, Pay Pal.
